MCC continues to monitor developments on the spread of the Coronavirus. In response to the COVID-19 health situation, public events previously scheduled to be held at MCC have been cancelled until further notice. The public currently has extremely limited access to the MCC campus and many classes are being conducted online (with the majority of our staff working remotely.) Manchester Community College promotes wellness through their fitness center and a variety of workshops and events provided by our fitness instructors and special guests.

Fitness Center

Our mission is to provide the MCC community with quality programs and opportunities to be fit for life through health promotion and fitness. Come in to use the wide variety of cardiovascular, resistance training and free-weight equipment, and meet our certified trainers. The MCC Fitness Center is located in Room 317.

Please download and fill out the Health History & Pre-Participation Form prior to your first visit.

Fall Semester Hours

The Fitness Center will remain closed until MCC students and staff are allowed back on campus. We miss working with you and look forward to seeing you soon!

Wellness Programming Coordinator

Hello, my name is Jennifer Aube. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and have been officially working in the industry for over 20 years. I hold a degree in Exercise Science through Manchester Community College. I hold certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition (American Council on Exercise), Certified Schwinn Cycle Instructor and Barre Instructor (IBBFA). Additionally, I am currently finishing my Health Coach certification. In my spare time I love playing golf, hiking in the White Mountains and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Ayman. I’m a graduate of Salem State college with a Bachelor of Science in sports management and a minor in Business. I have over 20 years of experience helping others through their fitness journey. I’m passionate about fitness, and my goal is to have the most positive impact on the lives of the people I work with. I’m a certified Medical exercise specialist (American Council on Exercise), CFT (Certified Fitness Trainer), SSC (Specialist in Strength & Conditioning), SSN (Specialist in Sports Nutrition) (Specialist in Exercise Therapy) (ISSA). In my spare time I love working out, playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
