Manchester Community College promotes wellness through their fitness center and a variety of workshops and events provided by our fitness instructors and special guests.

Fitness Center

Our mission is to provide the MCC community with quality programs and opportunities to be fit for life through health promotion and fitness. Come in to use the wide variety of cardiovascular, resistance training and free-weight equipment, and meet our certified trainers. The MCC Fitness Center is located in Room 317.

Please download and fill out the Health History & Pre-Participation Form prior to your first visit.

Staying Active During COVID

Just because our Fitness Center is closed during the pandemic, it doesn't mean you can't stay active during your time away from campus. We offer weekly exercise events via Zoom and have put together a special Fitness Guide that you are encouraged to follow along with.

Jennifer Aube
Wellness Programming Coordinator

Hello, my name is Jennifer Aube. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and have been working in the industry for over 20 years. I earned a degree in Exercise Science through Manchester Community College. I hold certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach and Sports Nutrition (American Council on Exercise), Certified Schwinn Cycle Instructor and Barre Instructor (IBBFA). In my spare time I love playing golf, hiking in the White Mountains and spending time with my family.
