Manchester Community College promotes wellness through their fitness center and a variety of workshops and events provided by our fitness instructors and special guests.
Our mission is to provide the MCC community with quality programs and opportunities to be fit for life through health promotion and fitness. Come in to use the wide variety of cardiovascular, resistance training and free-weight equipment, and meet our certified trainers. The MCC Fitness Center is located in Room 317.

Wednesday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
Friday: 10am - 2pm
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
