The goal of the MCC Office of Campus Safety is to support the institution in creating a safe environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors. This is accomplished by protecting life and property and assisting members of the college community with their needs.
Members of the college community must assume responsibility for their own personal safety and the security of their personal belongings by taking simple, common sense precautions.
Students are responsible for reading and adhering to all MCC policies as they are detailed in the Student Handbook. Subjects covered include: theft prevention, emergency telephone units, how to report crimes, crime statistics, awareness programs, sexual harassment defined, procedures for dealing with sexual assault, and campus safety policies.
Campus Safety officers do not make arrests, however, Campus Safety works closely with the New Hampshire State Police and the Manchester Police Department. Daily activity logs are maintained and available to the public within two days of an event.
MCC strongly encourages the reporting of crimes, accidents, incidents and emergencies. To contact Campus Safety, call (603) 703-8487 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. In cases of emergency, call 911.
