How to Submit Photos

Please note: When submitting photos to Manchester Community College, you are giving MCC the rights to the submitted photos for promotional use. If there are multiple people in the photo, the person submitting the photo is responsible for all parties being aware of the photo submission. MCC will not be liable for obtaining permission of submitted photos.

If submitting more than (1) photo, please package photos into a .zip file. Photo submissions should not exceed 5mb due to file constraints.

Digital Photo Guidelines

  • Minimum photo dimensions of 2100px X 1500px or 5" X 7"
  • Image Type: JPG, JPEG, TIFF, CR2
  • Date when photo was taken
  • Description of photo (names of people, location, etc)

Please bundle and package your photos in a secure, stamped mailing envelope addressed to:

Photos mailed to the college will not be returned to the original sender. If the sender wants the original photos mailed back, then please include a self addressed stamped envelope with a note for MCC to send the photos back to the sender. MCC is not responsible for damages caused to photos due to mailing process.
