Unique and Fun 70th Anniversary Celebration Brought Together Business/Community Leaders to Compete in Trivia Contest
On the evening of Thursday, October 1, 2015, teams made up of business, community and educational organizations competed on campus in the first MCC Trivia Challenge to raise almost $20,000 for student scholarships. Manchester Historic Association Executive Director John Clayton emceed the event, and Trivia Guru Phil Kliger served as questioner and judge.
First Place went to event sponsor Eisenberg, Vital & Ryze Advertising, who vowed to return next year to defend their title.

The trivia night raised funds for the MCC Scholarship Fund, which offers grants to students who qualify for aid to pay for their education. “We had a phenomenal response from friends and associates of the college, and we hope this will become an annual fundraiser of a totally different variety.”
Winners received various prizes, but the real winners will be students of MCC, who will be able to access this grant funding to help pay for course credits and for school materials to make their education a little more affordable.
