CIS113M - Database Design and Management Using SQL (3-3-4)

This is a foundation course in the construction of a Database. Topics to be discussed include the types of databases, their advantages and frailties; a major focus will be on the construction of a working database using Native SQL (Structured Query Language) as a tool. The student can expect to learn how to plan and build a relational database using a current industry-standard relational database such as Oracle.

Prerequisite: CIS107M or CIS108M
