Fitness Center
Our mission is to provide FREE, credible fitness information to students, faculty, and staff here at MCC. Come in to use the wide variety of cardiovascular, resistance training and free-weight equipment, or meet with our certified trainer, who is ready to help you meet your fitness goals! The MCC Fitness Center is located in room Main 102; come down to fill out a personal information sheet and begin working out! No appointment needed.
